When judging a major business awards programme, our Chief Executive was surprised by how little customer insight or market intelligence was available to many of the awards entrants. Some reported that they had neither the in-house expertise or resources to set up their own insight programme; others that the funds needed to buy in services from a full-service agency was a barrier.
Which got us thinking, and getsmart was born: an easy-to-use platform with all the research smarts built-in. A platform that is expertly-designed, modular and scalable to suit the needs of organisations large and small. A platform that uses a shared system/shared cost model so that it's accessible to businesses of any size – with the added benefit of benchmarking as a core feature.
Our mission - to make high-quality information accessible to all as the basis for good decision-making.
getsmart is based in Wellington, New Zealand, a city known globally for its technical innovation, hospitality, creativity and resourcefulness.
