Ten years ago our Chief Executive was judging for a national business awards programme and was surprised to discover just how little market intelligence was available to the awards entrants. Where data was available, it was either too limited in scope to provide useful insights, or too expensive for many of the businesses entering the awards programme.
From this experience getsmart was born: a system with research smarts built-in. A system that is expertly-designed, modular and scalable to suit the needs of organisations large and small. A system that uses a shared platform/shared cost model so that it's accessible to businesses of any size – with the added benefit of benchmarking as a core feature.
Our mission - to make high-quality information accessible to all as the basis for better decision-making.
getsmart is based in Wellington, New Zealand, a city known globally for its technical innovation, hospitality, creativity and resourcefulness.
