Common reasons why the verification process may have failed are:
- The verification link has expired. The link in the verification email is valid for 24 hours. If you received the verification email more than 24 hours ago, please contact us so we can resubmit your address for verification, and then click the verification link in the new email.
- Ensure that you followed the correct verification link. If you copied and pasted the link from the verification email into a browser, make sure that you didn’t change, add, or remove any characters. You must go to the exact address in the verification email.
